Tai Chi Society based in Sydney,Australia teaches Tai Chi and Qigong skills which will help you through life.

The Society's Tai Chi Course heals and revitalizes the body and mind by focusing on postural alignment, straightening and relaxing the spine, correcting angles, centering the trunk, emphasizing the lower and upper body coordination, correcting rotational movements of the body, to name but a few.

Furthermore, Tai Chi Society's special programs on Tai Chi and Qigong help individuals who have a wide range of health problems, including fatigue, arthritis, diabetes, back pain,asthma, high and low blood pressure, digestive and nervous disorders, multiple sclerosis, poor circulation, heart disease and other medical conditions.

In addition to teaching Tai Chi and other Qigong movements, Tai Chi Society has invented and teaches its own unique series of Qigong movements. These have an extra degree of stretching and turning in each movement, placing the emphasis on health improvement. With regular practice, this type of movements produce a profound effect on all systems, tissues and organs of the body by improving circulation, relieving tension in the muscles, tendons, ligaments and other parts, maintaining bone density and increasing flexibility and strength. These unique series of Qigong/Chi Kung restore health and benefit the entire physiology of the body.
